## My Core Values
01

### Systems Over Hype

Marketing isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about building infrastructure that compounds. Every campaign, landing page, and automation must connect into a measurable system that improves over time.
02

### Numbers Tell the Truth

Impressions and followers don’t pay salaries. Revenue, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and conversion rates do. Decisions are made based on data — not ego.
03

### Ownership & Transparency

Clients retain full ownership of their assets. Accounts are structured properly from day one. No hostage tactics. No locked-down platforms. Trust is built through clarity.
04

### Relentless Optimization

There is always something to improve. Tracking can be refined. Funnels can convert better. Targeting can tighten. Growth is not accidental — it’s iterative.
05

### Integrity First

Businesses support families. Employees depend on performance. Marketing isn’t just creative — it carries responsibility. Every recommendation is made with long-term impact in mind.

• AI systems engineer

I built my expertise the only way I knew how — by solving real problems inside real businesses. In my early twenties I started helping a close friend grow his dog training company. What began as a website and some content turned into a harder lesson: businesses do not grow from activity, they grow from systems.

I have rebuilt my approach several times since. Each pass sharpened what I catch that others miss — broken tracking, misaligned funnels, wasted ad spend, and tools that should be one machine but are not talking to each other. My education came from implementation, not a classroom.

Today I work mostly with high-ticket service providers and e-commerce brands, running everything from paid acquisition to CRM infrastructure. The difference is integration: instead of splitting the work across specialists who never speak, I build it as one system.

I do not take every project. When I agree to work with a business it is because I believe in the direction and I am prepared to be deeply involved.

Marketing is not a game of attention. It is a system of accountability — and when the system is built correctly, growth compounds.

In my own words

## Rather than read about it

Short clips of the actual systems, running. Nothing here is a mockup.

- The second brain The vault every client system is built on, and why the second tool I build for a client is always faster than the first.
- The store that prices itself Summer holds every price at the lowest the manufacturer allows. Here I pull an exhaust off the store at random and check it against the distributor portal, live.

## A.R.I.A

What used to sound like a kid's sci-fi daydream is now something I use every day. A.R.I.A is not generic AI slop.

It is an operating system — 40+ integrations across Calendar, Gmail, Ads, CRM, Drive and my vault, plus 400+ specialized skills built around my exact methodology. When I am managing campaigns, pulling performance data, auditing a site or drafting strategy, A.R.I.A runs in parallel: surfacing context from deals I have closed, remembering what worked with past clients, catching patterns I would miss at 2am.

It is not a chatbot you prompt once and hope. It is wired into how I actually work — my workflows, my client handoffs, my pinboard priorities. It has full context on three years of projects, so it understands how I make decisions, not just what I asked for.

I tried hiring and partnering several times before this. Each attempt meant months and thousands of dollars training someone on my systems, my client context, my judgment — and each time they burned out, lost interest, or missed the nuance that separates good work from work that moves the needle.

This system does not get tired, does not forget project notes and does not miss meetings. After three failed attempts at scaling, I stopped looking for the partner I needed and built one.

FAQ

## A bit more about how I work

**What do you actually do all day?**

Build things, mostly. On any given week that might be a Google Ads account, a custom dashboard, a 3D render, an automation that files leads before anyone touches them, or a website. The common thread is that it is all the same job — getting a business more customers and making the running of it less painful. I just refuse to accept that those are separate departments.

**Are you a marketer or a developer?**

Both, and that is the entire point. Most marketing problems turn into software problems about two steps in — the tracking is wrong, the CRM does not do the thing, the follow-up needs automating. Most agencies stop at the boundary and tell you to hire someone else. I would rather just build it.

**What is the AI part, really?**

Not a chatbot on your website. It is knowledge, memory and action — your SOPs and history made usable, wired into the tools you already run, with a human approving anything that reaches a customer or spends money. I run my own business on the system I build for clients, which is both the reason I trust it and the reason I know exactly where it falls over.

**Why only five or six clients?**

Because I want a good life more than a big company. A handful of businesses I can genuinely help, done properly, then I close the laptop. Scaling to thirty means managing people instead of doing the work — and the work is the part I like.

**Who do you work best with?**

Owners who want someone in it with them. If you want to hand marketing to a team you never meet and never think about it again, an agency is honestly a better fit and I will tell you that on the first call. This works when you meet me halfway — I am a consultant who builds, not a department that absorbs the whole problem.

**Where are you based?**

Naples, Florida. Most clients are here or in Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers, though a few are further out. Local matters for the trades because the map pack and the market are local — for e-commerce it makes no difference at all.
