## Cuts from live client campaigns

Every one of these ran. Shot, edited and captioned in-house, then wired into a paid campaign with tracking behind it.

What I shoot

## Three kinds of video, three different jobs
01

### Authentic Visuals That Feel Like You

Sometimes raw works better than perfect. Whether it's behind-the-scenes at your shop, cooking in the kitchen, or interacting with clients—this is about showing the real you. These clips are made for your followers, your vibe, your people. Think of them as digital handshakes: simple, honest, and inviting.

Best for Perfect for boosting engagement, keeping your page active, and staying top of mind with your audience
02

### Your Pitch, Delivered in 30 Seconds

You’ve got 3 seconds to grab attention—and a great ad does it fast. We craft sharp, clear videos that show off your services, explain what makes you different, and tell viewers exactly what to do next. These are built for conversions and optimized to pair with our lead generation campaigns.

Best for Best for service-based businesses who want more calls, more bookings, and more leads
03

### Turn Moments Into Momentum

Capture your business in its best light. From live events to signature services, we highlight the essence of your brand in a way that builds trust and credibility. These videos are ideal for awareness campaigns—when you're not just trying to sell, but be remembered.

Best for Show your work, share your story, and make your brand unforgettable.

How I think about content

## A few good videos beat a hundred bad ones

The instinct is to post every day. Film whatever's around, get it up, keep the account active. It feels like work, and volume feels like progress.

It isn't. Low-quality volume tanks your engagement rate, and engagement rate is what the algorithm actually reads. Post enough content nobody watches and the platform draws the obvious conclusion — people don't like this — and stops showing you to anyone. You end up with an account posting into the void.

I'd rather shoot a handful of genuinely good videos: pieces strong enough to run as paid ads and bring in real customers. One asset that converts is worth more than thirty that quietly train the algorithm to ignore you.

_Engagement rate is what the algorithm reads. Volume without it works against you._

### I write the concept, not just the shot list

Before anything gets filmed I work out what we're actually highlighting and why a stranger would care. I try to watch it through the customer's eyes — what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them curious enough to keep watching.

### Cut before they can look away

Attention spans are shorter every year and the feed is more competitive every year — you are not just up against other businesses, you are up against everything else on the platform. So the angle changes fast. A shot that lingers a beat too long is a shot someone scrolls past. Pacing is not a stylistic choice, it is what keeps the viewer there long enough to hear the point.

### Attention is the whole game

Social media is a competition for attention, nothing else. And because so much of business now runs through social, that's increasingly what business is too. Winning attention is my job. Closing the people it brings you is yours.

### The work doubles as your portfolio

These videos don't just run as ads. They sit on your page as proof — so when a prospect checks you out before calling, they see a business that takes itself seriously.

FAQ

## Questions I get asked about content

**Do I need professional video to run ads?**

No. What you need is well-directed video, which is a different thing. UGC-style and phone-shot footage performs extremely well when it is edited and directed properly — and every iPhone from the 15 Pro onward shoots more than well enough for paid social. The gear stopped being the constraint years ago. What still separates good from bad is the creative strategy and the direction: knowing what to point the camera at and how to cut it.

**What kind of video actually converts?**

For home and auto services, three formats do most of the work: before-and-after transformations, a real customer on camera, and the job being done properly. All three cost almost nothing beyond the discipline of filming while you work.

**How long should an ad video be?**

Fifteen to thirty seconds for feed and reels, with the first two to three seconds carrying almost all the weight — that is where both the viewer and the delivery algorithm decide. Longer works when someone has already shown interest, not for cold traffic.

**Can you use footage we already have?**

Usually yes. Most businesses are sitting on more usable footage than they think — job photos, phone clips, old shoots. Editing existing material into something that performs is often faster and cheaper than starting from scratch.

**What do I get at the end?**

Shot, edited and captioned in-house, cut to the aspect ratios each placement needs, and wired into a campaign with tracking behind it. Content on its own is a cost — content connected to a campaign is the part that earns.

**How often do I need new content?**

For paid media, plan on new variants every few weeks. Creative now fatigues in weeks rather than months because delivery systems read the creative itself to decide who sees it, and they exhaust that signal quickly. A steady trickle beats an occasional big shoot.

## Pair this with a social media ad campaign for explosive results!

Content on its own is a cost. Content wired into a campaign, with tracking behind it, is an investment. That's the part most people skip.
