NVZN Growth Consulting is a one-person marketing consultancy operated by Cristian Solarte in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what I collect through this website, why, and what I do with it. It is short because the site does not do much. There is a contact form, there are analytics, and there is an advertising pixel so I can tell whether my own ads work. Nothing is sold here and there is no account to create. ## 1. Who I am NVZN Growth Consulting — Naples, Florida, United States. Email cristian@nvznconsulting.com. Phone (239) 919-0420. I am the person who reads what you send. There is no team it gets passed around. ## 2. What I collect What you send me. The contact and booking forms ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and your role. They also ask a few questions about your marketing — your experience level, who would be involved internally, what you want to improve, where you are in the process, what feels broken right now, and anything else you want to add. The last two are free-text boxes, so whatever you write there is what I receive. Both forms include an optional checkbox for text-message consent. It is unchecked by default and you do not have to tick it. What I do not collect. I do not take payments on this site. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no account to create. I never ask for a mailing address, a card number, a Social Security number or any government identifier through this website. ## 2a. What analytics collects When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects standard web-measurement data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, how you arrived, and which buttons, links, FAQs and calculators you interacted with. This is measurement data about how the site is used. I do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual, and I do not combine it with anything you send through the form. ## 3. Why I collect it To read your enquiry and reply to it. To decide whether we are a good fit before a call. To follow up about a project we have discussed. To understand which pages and services people find useful, so I can improve the site. To meet a legal obligation, if one ever applies. That is the complete list. Your details go to my inbox. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not put you into an automated email sequence unless you ask for one, and I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. ## 4. Text messages If you tick the text-message box on a form, you are agreeing to receive texts from NVZN Growth Consulting about your enquiry, at the number you gave me. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ticking the box is optional and is not a condition of working with me or of anything you buy. To stop: reply STOP to any message. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. I do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number or your text-message consent to anyone. Cookies and analytics This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used. GA4 sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and group page views into a session, and records events such as clicking a call-to-action, opening an FAQ, using one of the calculators, clicking a phone or email link, and submitting the form. Google processes this data as my analytics provider, under Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out of Google Analytics, use Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking any of this does not affect the site — the contact form works either way. The only other data stored in your browser is what is needed to display the page. ## 5a. Advertising and the Meta Pixel This site also uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising and measurement tool from Meta — the company behind Facebook and Instagram. I run ads on those platforms, and the pixel is how I find out whether they worked. It records the same kinds of actions described above — pages viewed, a call-to-action clicked, a calculator used, the form submitted — and sends them to Meta along with your IP address and browser details. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may be able to connect that activity to it. That is Meta's doing rather than mine, which is exactly why it is written here plainly instead of buried. In practice: you may see ads from NVZN on Facebook or Instagram after visiting this site, and I can see how many people who clicked an ad went on to enquire. I do not upload your enquiry details to Meta, and I do not build advertising audiences from anything you type into a form. To limit it: Meta's own controls are under Settings → Ads in Facebook or Instagram, including Off-Facebook Activity. Browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or blocking third-party cookies will also stop it. Meta's handling of this data is covered by their privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. If either of these tools is not running at the moment you read this, nothing here is collected. This section describes the fullest extent of what the site measures, so that it can never quietly become more than you were told. ## 6. Who else sees your information Very few people, and no marketers. Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox. They process the contents of your submission solely to send that email. My email and hosting providers hold the message in the ordinary course of running an inbox and a website. I may disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Meta receives site-usage data through the advertising pixel described in section 5a. Your form submission is never sent to them. Nobody buys this data from me, because I do not sell it. There is no data broker and no lead-resale arrangement involved at any point — the only advertising platform involved is the one described above, and it receives browsing behavior, never your enquiry. ## 6a. Analytics provider Google Analytics processes site-usage data as described in section 5. The contents of your form submission are never sent to Google. ## 6b. Advertising provider Meta processes site-usage data through the Meta Pixel as described in section 5a. The contents of your form submission are never sent to Meta. ## 7. How long I keep it Enquiry emails stay in my inbox for 24 months from our last contact, unless you become a client — in which case they are kept as part of the project record. Server logs, which can briefly contain a submission if email delivery fails, are kept for troubleshooting and cleared within 30 days. You can ask me to delete your information sooner. See section 9. ## 8. Security The site is served over HTTPS, sends security headers including a content security policy, and rate-limits the contact form to prevent abuse. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and I am not going to claim otherwise. Please do not send anything highly sensitive — passwords, account numbers, financial details — through the contact form. If you need to share something like that for a project, we will arrange a secure route. ## 9. Your choices No privacy law currently requires me to offer these. They are yours regardless. See it. Ask what I hold about you and I will tell you. Fix it. If something is wrong, tell me and I will correct it. Delete it. Ask me to delete your enquiry and I will, unless I need to keep it for an active project or a legal reason. If that applies I will tell you why. Stop texts. Reply STOP, as in section 4. Email cristian@nvznconsulting.com. I will respond within 30 days, and normally much sooner. ## 10. Children This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it. ## 11. Changes to this policy If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how I handle information already collected will be flagged at the top of this page. ## 12.
