These terms cover your use of nvznconsulting.com. They are short, because this website is a place to read about what I do and get in touch — not a product you buy or an account you log into.

By using the site, you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. This site is informational

Everything published here — service pages, blog posts, diagrams, benchmarks and prices — is for information. None of it is an offer, a quote, a contract, or professional advice for your specific business.

If you want advice about your situation, that is what a conversation is for.

2. No guarantee of marketing results

Nothing on this site is a promise of results. Advertising performance depends on your market, your offer, your pricing, your competitors, your close rate, your capacity to deliver, seasonality, and platform changes outside anyone's control — including mine.

Case figures, ROAS numbers and client outcomes shown here are what happened for that business at that time. They are not a prediction of what will happen for yours, and they should not be read as one.

I will tell you honestly what I think is achievable before you spend anything. That is a professional opinion, not a guarantee.

3. Calculators and benchmarks are estimates

This site includes interactive calculators and published cost-per-lead benchmarks by trade. They exist to help you think about your own numbers.

They are illustrations built on general industry data and simple arithmetic. They do not know your business. They are not projections, not financial advice, and not a substitute for your own figures. Do not make a spending decision on the strength of a number a web page gave you in thirty seconds.

Published benchmark figures are gathered from third-party industry sources and change over time. I cite them as of the date shown and make no warranty that they are current or that they apply to you.

4. Prices shown are indicative

Prices published on this site — including setup fees, monthly figures, percentages and build pricing — indicate how I normally work. They are a starting point, not a binding offer.

What you actually pay, and what you actually get, is whatever we agree in writing before work starts. Scope changes price. If something on this site cannot be delivered for the figure shown, I will say so rather than honor a number that does not fit the work.

5. A signed agreement always wins

If you become a client, the agreement we sign governs our working relationship. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls — completely.

These website terms do not create a client relationship, do not modify one, and are not a substitute for one.

6. Content and marks

The writing, design, diagrams, photography, video and code on this site are mine, except where they are credited to someone else. The NVZN name and logo are mine.

You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing it as your own is not welcome.

Client logos, brand names and screenshots shown here remain the property of those businesses and appear with their permission.

7. Links to other sites

Where I link out — to a platform's documentation, an industry study, or a client's website — I do not control what is on the other end and I am not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Reasonable use

Please do not scrape the site at volume, attempt to interfere with how it runs, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking me first, or use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful.

The contact form is rate-limited and includes basic abuse protection. If you have a genuine security finding, email me — I would rather hear it from you than find out the hard way.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Collier County, Florida.
