Website build

Everything you needto look real online.

A complete website built to the standard I'll actually put my name on — not a template with your logo dropped in. Three levels, published prices, no surprises.

From $1,500 published, not a deposit and not a starting point

Starter

Six pages

$1,500

  • The six pages below, written for you
  • Schema, llms.txt, sitemap, robots, Search Console
  • Mobile-first build
  • Lead vault on your own site
  • Two revision sessions

A business that needs to look credible before it spends a dollar on ads.

Flagship

The full build

From $9,500

  • Everything in Business, with no ceiling on scope
  • Interactive tools and calculators built for your numbers
  • Original written content, researched properly
  • Full AI-answer layer so assistants can read and cite you
  • Accessibility and performance audited, not assumed
  • A structured review pass before anything goes live

A business where the website is the product — and where being the obvious choice is worth paying for.

Every level includes the build standards below. What changes is scope — how many pages, how much is custom, and how deep the technical layer goes. Hosting and upkeep is $50 a month after launch, whichever you pick.

Who this is actually for

Not a size thing. Plenty of one-van operations belong here and plenty of bigger companies don't. The question is simpler than that: have you got past the part where most people quit?

Most new businesses do not make it. That is not a knock on anyone — it is just the number. So the work I take on is for people who are already through that filter: you have customers, you have some reputation, the thing works, and now you are trying to work out how to grow it deliberately instead of by accident.

That absolutely includes someone early. If you have spent years being very good at a job and you are now building the business version of it, and you understand what this costs and why — that is exactly the person I want to work with. What I no longer do is gamble alongside someone on day one who needs their hand held through every decision, because I take very few clients and each one has to be real.

And what you are buying is not pages. It is the thing every ad, every search result and every referral lands on — built once, properly, by the same person who runs the campaigns pointing at it.

A website isn't something you check off.

It's the foundation everything else builds on. Ads point at it. Google judges you by it. Every lead you ever generate lands on it.

Starter is the minimum I'm willing to put my name on. Below it, nothing downstream works properly — you're just paying to prove you weren't ready.

No surprises

How it runs

Two to three weeks

From the day I've got what I need from you to the day it's live.

Two revision sessions

Two one-hour calls where we go through it together and I make the changes live. That's normally enough to get it exactly how you want it.

$50 a month after launch

Hosting, updates and keeping the thing running. Most places charge several times that to do less.

Nobody else does this

Your leads live on your own site too

Every form submission hits your inbox and gets saved to your website at the same time. Your site comes with a password-protected admin area holding every lead you've ever gotten.

Integrations break. Inboxes send things to spam. When that happens to most businesses the lead is just gone and they never even know it existed. Yours is still sitting there.

Your part

What I need from you

Not much, and none of it is writing. I write the copy — I just can't make up the things only you know.

  • A description of who you are and what the business actually does
  • Anything you want on the site that I'd have no way of knowing as a stranger
  • Your photos if you've got them — otherwise we shoot them
  • Access to your domain, and your Google Business Profile if you have one

FAQ

Questions about the build

Is the price on the page the actual price?

Yes. Each level is a real number, not a deposit and not a starting point that quietly doubles. Starter at $1,500 covers six pages, schema markup, llms.txt, sitemap and robots, Search Console connected, a mobile-first build, Open Graph cards, and lead forms routing to both your inbox and a lead vault on your own site. Business and Flagship add scope, not surprises. The only ongoing cost is $50 a month for hosting and upkeep, and I will say up front if what you are describing needs a level above the one you came in asking about.

What do you need from me to start?

Direction on what you want it to say, your own photos rather than stock, and access to your domain. Two to three weeks runs from the day I have those, and getting content back is almost always the slowest part.

What is the lead vault?

Enquiries from your site get stored on your own site, not just emailed. If an email is missed, filtered or lost, the lead is still there. It means your customer list lives somewhere you control rather than depending entirely on someone else's inbox.

What is llms.txt and why does my site need one?

It is a plain-text file that tells AI assistants what your business does, what you offer and where to find things, in a format they read reliably. As more people ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity for recommendations instead of searching, being legible to those systems is starting to matter the way being legible to Google did fifteen years ago.

What happens after the two revision sessions?

Small changes are part of the $50 a month. Anything that amounts to a new section or a new page is quoted separately, so you are never surprised by an invoice for asking a question.

Can you rebuild an existing site rather than start fresh?

Usually the answer is start fresh and bring the content across. Rebuilding on top of a platform that is the actual problem tends to cost more than it saves. If there is genuine SEO equity worth preserving, that gets migrated deliberately rather than lost in the move.

One price. No retainer you can't explain.
